We use high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) coating, Atmospheric Plasma Spray (APS) coating and electric wire arc spray coating methods for a wide range of thermal spray coatings, with bespoke solutions to match your needs. We are specialists in developing coatings to extend the life and performance of components against wear, high temperature oxidation and corrosion. Our fully automated in-house thermal spray coatings division is dedicated to corrosion resistant coating and wear-resistant thermal coating for valve components and includes a metallurgical laboratory.
