Our bolt tensioners are capable of up to 1500 bar operating pressures. Each tool comprises a hydraulic cylinder, bridge, puller and socket, with interchangeable adaptor kits for common hydraulic cylinders to tighten multiple bolt sizes.
We also provide TSR (spring return) tensioners, which provide automatic piston retraction after depressurising the system at the end of the tensioning sequence. This ensures the tools are ready to use again straight away.
All tensioner equipment comes fitted with CEJN quick-connect couplings.
Our bolt tensioners cover 1″ to 4” diameter bolts, and are available in standard and oversized configurations.
