We offer a variety of mechanical, hydraulic and hand-held flange aligners to align or re-align flange joints during pipework construction, commissioning or routine maintenance.
Usually, the tool is attached to the flange joint where misalignment is greatest and then used to push and pull the flanges into alignment. Our tools rectify twist and rotational misalignment without additional stress to the pipelines. Hydraulic cylinders, jacks and lifting wedges can help with positioning and aligning.
